The Team Climate for Innovation assessment helps individuals understand the skills they feel most confident in bringing to any team or group. The feedback helps build “team climate” skills and confidence, while also developing greater versatility in contributing to a team’s innovative success.

The Team Climate model is integrated with VCI’s model for the innovation process (BeThinkAct™). Each quality of the team climate has a direct impact on one of the eight tasks of the innovation process, and acts as a “checkpoint” for whether the task is successfully completed.
