Innovation Searches uncover a comprehensive as well as creative set of options to achieve an organization’s strategic goals.
Innovation Searches bring together a diverse group of people to find innovative solutions to develop new products, services, or technologies, as well as to formulate new business models or strategies.
An Innovation Search follows a 3-part process:
One of the key advantages to our Innovation Search, even beyond the quality of ideas and concepts they produce, is the high quality of conversation among the stakeholders – inside and outside the organization – who will be impacted by the decisions that result from these quests for new, innovative solutions to strategic initiatives. This fosters a positive climate for wise, beneficial decision making.
Our capacity for innovation searches is guided by the experience of William C. Miller, co-founder of Values Centered Innovation. Mr. Miller has been conducting innovation searches for over 25 years with corporations around the world, starting with his position as head of Innovation Management at the Stanford Research Institute (SRI International) in the mid-1980s and as President of the Global Creativity Corporation since 1987.
