Our curriculum has 5 streams with 10 fully-integrated modules that strengthen your awareness, skills and knowledge for being innovative and producing innovative results in every day work. Each of the modules follows a 4-step adult learning model: understand yourself, understand others, learn the concepts, and apply them wisely. This leads a person or group through an engaging, self-motivated, practical skill-building experience.

We incorporate this curriculum into 1 to 3-day workshops or ongoing monthly development experiences as well as coaching sessions with individuals and groups. Each option uses assessments to start the learning process with insights about oneself and how to collaborate with others. Exercises deepen the learning, which is then applied to specific work challenges.
